The 2009 Houston Dynamo season ended with a tough 2-0 overtime loss to the LA Galaxy in the MLS Western Conference Championship match. Houston’s best scoring opportunity of the match was a header by Ching in the 79th minute that Galaxy goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts saved off of the crossbar.

After a short break, Ching will resume training for 2010, a year that will have Ching battling for a spot on the USA’s World Cup roster. Ching represented the United States in the 2006 World Cup and has been a fixture on the team since.
